5.3 Custom Configurations

Custom NANOSTACKS™ configurations created using our Configurator are subject to technical feasibility review. We reserve the right to modify specifications to ensure product quality and compatibility.

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated and are subject to change without notice. Prices exclude applicable taxes, duties, shipping, and handling unless otherwise stated.

6. Orders and Payment

6.1 Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.

6.2 Payment Terms

Payment must be made in accordance with the terms specified in the quotation or invoice. We accept payment via bank transfer, purchase order (for approved accounts), or other methods as specified.

6.3 Taxes

You are responsible for all applicable taxes, including VAT, sales tax, and customs duties. If you are exempt from taxation, you must provide valid tax exemption documentation.

7. Shipping and Delivery

8. Returns and Refunds

Due to the specialized nature of our products, returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to discuss any issues with your order. Custom-configured products are generally non-returnable.

9. Product Warranty and Limitations

Our products are warranted to be free from material defects in materials and workmanship for a period specified in the product documentation. This warranty does not cover:

• Damage resulting from misuse, improper storage, or failure to follow instructions
• Normal wear and tear
• Products that have been modified or altered
• Biological materials or cell cultures

All content, features, and functionality on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the exclusive property of Revivocell and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

NANOSTACKS™ and ALI-Stack™ are trademarks of Revivocell. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our Content without our express written permission.

11. User Conduct

• Use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVIVOCELL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES OR PRODUCTS.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES OR PRODUCTS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
